Field of Action
- After an international career in banking, since 1998 I am active as a consultant in the Financial Services sector, with focus on Asset Management.
My main activities are the creation and implementation of process analysis concepts. In addition, my project approach also includes change management activities which I adopt in projects like post merger integrations, in order to support the process management improvements. Based on my prior banking experience, I also focus on Private Banking as a complementary market segment to Asset Management.
Aim
- My commitment is to create a palpable, tangible and lasting enhancement of the operating efficiency as well as achieving an observably optimization of the competitiveness of each client. The joint creation of concise, integrated and adaptable business processes within the scope of a transparent and result-driven approach, build the basis for an efficient, sustainable and prosperous problem solving.
Intercultural Experience
- Understanding cultural and local distinctions as well as the ability to communicate in the local language are key elements for the successful realization of international projects.
